Operating a fully automatic top and bottom box seal machine mainly involves key steps such as preparation, setup, execution, and inspection to ensure stable machine operation and efficient production. It is suitable for automated box-making processes for high-end packaging such as gift boxes and jewelry boxes.

Operating Steps and Key Points

Pre-operation Preparation:

Place the machine on a stable flat surface and adjust the machine's feet for easy observation of the control panel.

Connect and tighten the handheld sensor plug, paying attention to the positioning gap; use a single-phase three-wire power supply to connect the power board.

Power-on and Parameter Setting:

Turn on the machine's power switch and press the "Power On" button on the control panel to start. Wait for the "Preheat" green light to illuminate before commencing operation.

Press and hold the "Settings" button to adjust the parameters (usually for 0.5-2.0 seconds) to adapt to different materials and production efficiencies.

Perform the Sealing Operation.

Place the sensor head on the container lid and press the start button. Keep the sensor head still while the "Heating" red light illuminates; remove the sensor head after the red light goes out, and wait for the green light or a buzzer to indicate the next operation.

Quality Inspection and Adjustment

Check the sealing quality. Fine-tune parameters according to the material, container diameter, and production efficiency to ensure optimal sealing results.

Automatic control is managed by a PLC and sensors, supporting rapid switching between various carton sizes; the detection system monitors quality in real time, automatically stopping or alarming to reduce scrap rates.

Precautions

Safety and Maintenance: A safety light curtain is installed on the operating surface; automatic shutdown and alarm in case of malfunction; regularly check key components such as suction cups and the vacuum system.

Efficiency Optimization: Dual-station models can simultaneously produce "top" and "bottom" boxes, improving efficiency; a vision positioning system assists in precise fitting.

Applications: Suitable for packaging cartons, gift boxes, etc., completing the entire process of paper feeding, gluing, forming, and sealing in one go, increasing efficiency by 50 times compared to manual methods.
