How to Disassemble a Top-and-Lower Box Assembler

Disassembly of a top-and-lower box assembler requires specific steps depending on the model and structure. Here are some common methods:

Disassembly Steps

Locating Key Components: First, locate the clips, screws, or connecting rings on the medicine box or body. Different models may have different designs, such as spring-loaded release buttons or quick-release buttons.

Releasing Clips or Screws: If it's a clip-on connection (e.g., T-series models), press both spring-loaded release buttons simultaneously until you hear a "click," then pull vertically.

Screw Fixing: If it's screw-fixed (e.g., T30/T40 professional models), loosen the screws with an Allen wrench and slide it along the guide rail.

Handling Signal Cables and Interfaces: During disassembly, carefully disconnect signal cables from the level sensor, powertrain, etc., and mark the wire sequence to prevent incorrect connections.

Handling Special Structures: If it's a rotary unlocking model (some older models), rotate the top knob clockwise to separate the connecting post.

For models involving waterproof sealing, clean off the old sealant and reapply a uniform layer.

Precautions: Avoid forceful disassembly and take care to protect vulnerable parts such as the carbon fiber structure and nozzles. Record any special wiring sequences and torque values (e.g., the initial torque of the shock absorber spring at 0.6 N·m).
